Late Fees and Collection Resolution 2022

Sweetwater Ridge Members,

This resolution will standardize the way fees are collected when they are overdue.  Any accounts that are one year overdue will be sent to collections and be turned over to our attorneys  office for that purpose.  Once an account is turned over to the attorney, the board will step out of the collection process.  Any questions or negotiations about payment options will be with the attorney, not board members. 

The attorney will add their fees onto any past dues and interest owed to the association.  This policy will not have any impact on most of you but it is a change in the way we conduct business and we have the obligation to inform everyone of the change.
