Replacement Pool Key

Dear Member of the Sweetwater Ridge Trailer Park,

     There are many issues surrounding the issuance of a new pass key for the swimming pool. A lost or stolen pass key might fall into the hands of a person that is not a member of Sweetwater Ridge.  This is unacceptable, all pool keys should be kept in a safe place.
     The cost of a replacement pass key is $100. For these reasons we are asking you to take care of and protect the replacement pass key that you are requesting. You might want to attach something large or colorful to this new pass key so that it will be easier to keep track of.
     Due to the fact that pass keys can be easily lost, and the fact that it will require the time of a volunteer to process your replacement key request, there are certain things we cannot do. We are sorry but we cannot hand deliver the pass key to you. We cannot leave it with a neighbor or a friend. Please do not come to the home of a Board Member to pick up your new pass key. The method for requesting and dispersing of replacement key cards will strictly be done through the US mail. There will be no exceptions!
